ARTIST RANKS

What is essentially any other TCG's levelling system, Artist Ranks are assigned to each TCG member based on how many cards they currently own.

All players start as a Citizen when they first join the TCG and can work their way up through the ranks by gaining more experience in the industry (AKA collecting cards) and eventually become a Legendary Artist! To see what it takes to make it to the top, see the table below.

RANK NAMEREQUIREMENTS
CitizenN/A (You start here)!
Scouted200+ cards
Trainee400+ cards
Debuted700+ cards
Rookie1000+ cards
RANK NAMEREQUIREMENTS
Upcoming Artist1400+ cards
Established1800+ cards
Top Star2200+ cards
Platinum Seller2700+ cards
Legendary Artist3200+ cards

Please note that the increments that the card requirements are increased by will change as you go up the ranks!

While you only need 200+ cards to level up to "Scouted" (and 400+ for "Trainee"), you can only level up every 300 cards after that until you get to "Rookie" (where you will need 400 more cards instead in order to level up to "Upcoming Artist"). After that it's every 400 cards for each level up, and then every 500 cards once you reach the "Top Star" rank and want to level up again.

However, this means that rewards will also vary depending on how many cards are needed to level up to that rank; the higher the rank you level up to, the more rewards you'll receive! See the table below for what ranks you need to be levelling up to in order to get the assigned reward.

RANK NAMEREWARDS
Scouted, Trainee2 choice cards, 4 random cards, 10 Star Fragments
Debuted, Rookie2 choice cards, 5 random cards, 15 Star Fragments
Upcoming Artist, Established, Top Star3 choice cards, 5 random cards, 20 Star Fragments
Platinum Seller, Legendary Artist3 choice cards, 6 random cards, 25 Star Fragments

All level ups also come with a custom rank badge, made just for you! Players will first need to level up on the site and then apply for their custom badge on the Artist Rank Ups sub-forum afterwards, however. If you need a pending/filler badge while you wait for it to be made, you can use the ones below!

For the time being, players cannot request or purchase replacements for their rank badges once made and approved by the player unless you level up to the Legendary Artist rank, in which case badge replacements are allowed!

LEGENDARY ARTISTS

Although the Artist Ranks stop after Legendary Artist, that doesn't mean players won't get rewarded anymore if they collect more cards! Once you reach the last level in the TCG, you will no longer be able to move up ranks but you can still collect what we call Royalties.

However, you can only claim royalties for every 600 cards you collect! As you only need a minimum of 3200+ cards to level up to "Legendary Artist", from there you'll need to collect a minimum of 3800 cards to claim your first set of royalties. After that, you can claim another set once you have at least 4400 cards, and so on!

The reward for claiming royalties is 4 choice cards, 6 random cards, and 25 Star Fragments.
